Peak sound pressure level
The peak sound pressure level LpC,peak is the highest value of the sound pressure level with the ‘C’ frequency weighting and the ‘peak’ time weighting within the measurement period. The peak sound pressure level LpC,peak must be recorded if particularly loud sound pulses may occur at the workplace which could reach or exceed the lower trigger value of 135 dB(C).
