Müller-BBM Team Assistance Workshop 2026 in Planegg: Focus on exchange, processes and collaboration

The Team Assistants at Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH.

Happy faces at the city rally in Munich and positive feedback at the end of the event.

On 17th and 18th June 2026, the cross-site workshop for team assistants at Müller-BBM Industry Solutions took place at the company’s headquarters in Planegg. Following the inaugural event in Gelsenkirchen in 2024, this was the second time the workshop had been held on this scale. More than 50 colleagues support our company’s project work across a total of twelve sites – a strong network whose collaboration is constantly being improved.

The workshop offers an opportunity to strengthen personal connections, learn from one another and further develop common standards for efficient, networked and high-quality collaboration. This year’s agenda was designed to be both varied and practical: a diverse mix of specialist presentations, workshops and interactive sessions provided valuable insights and new perspectives.

The focus was on current issues relating to the day-to-day work of team assistants – including the use of software applications, upcoming and already implemented process changes, aspects of quality assurance, and effective internal and external communication. The active involvement of the company management also underscored the vital role played by team assistants in ensuring smooth operations and the company’s success.

As well as professional development, there was plenty of opportunity for team building: participants worked together in groups to develop solutions and share best practices. The evening events also provided a chance for informal conversations in a relaxed atmosphere – an important foundation for trusting collaboration across different locations.

The workshop has once again demonstrated just how valuable direct dialogue and close collaboration are in team assistance. The participants are returning to their daily work armed with plenty of new ideas, a stronger team spirit and a shared understanding of efficient processes.
