Two new appointments of experts according to § 2 (33) of the Ordinance on the Handling of Substances Hazardous to Water (AwSV)

On October 23, 2025, a colleague and a coworker from Müller-BBM Industry Solutions GmbH took their examination as experts according to § 2 (33) AwSV before the examination board in Planegg.
The examination to prove professional expertise in accordance with § 53 para. 1 no. 4 consisted of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part was divided into a written section and an oral examination interview with the board. Both parts of the exam were conducted consecutively on the same day.

We congratulate

  • Ms. Jane Krüger (Berlin branch) and
  • Mr. Markus Noss (Reutlingen branch)

on passing the exam and being appointed as experts.

The appointment covers the following areas of activity:

  • Inspection of installations according to § 46 paragraphs 2 to 5, Annex 7 numbers 6.4 and 6.7 sentence 3
  • Preparation of expert reports according to § 41 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 2, also in conjunction with paragraph 3, or according to § 42 sentence 2
  • Monitoring and certification of specialist companies according to § 62 paragraph 1
