On October 24 and 25, 2025, Müller-BBM Industry Solutions in Planegg hosted the workshop “Reinhören”, welcoming 14 students eager to gain hands-on insights into the world of technical acoustics.

The program offered a wide range of topics—from structural dynamics and vibration protection to ship and vehicle acoustics, as well as industrial and environmental noise. The workshop was led by our experts from various acoustic disciplines, with a strong focus on practical relevance: engineers shared their experiences from real-world projects and conducted live demonstrations.

In group sessions, participants worked on real case studies, including planning the logistics and costs of a fictional measurement assignment. A company tour and a shared dinner in Munich rounded off the first day.

The second day focused on industrial acoustics, featuring practical measurement tasks and a discussion of the results.

We thank all participants for their enthusiasm and active engagement—both during the presentations and in the group work. These two days were a pleasure for us, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming students again next year.
