Aeroacoustic or aerodynamic noise/effects

Aeroacoustic noise is caused by the airflow around the vehicle and its external components. It usually only becomes noticeable at higher speeds (> 200 km/h), significantly exceeding the share of rolling noise. Important components are the pantograph, the leading bogie and front and the design of the geometry between the car bodies.
