Expert report on the Water Framework Directive

Expert report assessing whether the use of a water body (e.g. water abstraction, discharge of waste water) and/or the use of groundwater (e.g. groundwater extraction) may lead to a so-called deterioration in the status of surface water bodies or groundwater bodies, or whether such uses are incompatible with an improvement in the status of surface water bodies or groundwater bodies.
