Federal Immission Control Act (Section 29b BImSchG)

The publication by the competent authority of bodies within the meaning of § 26, of bodies within the meaning of a statutory regulation issued pursuant to this Act, or of experts within the meaning of § 29a, authorizes the published bodies and experts to conduct the investigations or tests specified in the publication at the request of a plant operator.
