FFH compatibility study

If significant adverse effects on a Natura 2000 site cannot be ruled out at the preliminary assessment stage, an in-depth assessment must be carried out to determine and evaluate whether the plan or project will result in significant adverse effects on the components of the Natura 2000 site that are relevant to its conservation objectives. If these objectives are not significantly affected, the plan/project must be classified as ‘FFH-compatible’.
