Hazard levels (substances hazardous to water)
In accordance with Section 39 of the Ordinance on Installations for the Handling of Substances Hazardous to Water (AwSV), facilities must be classified by the operator into a hazard level, which depends on the volume/mass and the water hazard class of the substances handled.
