Regulation on Noise Control Measures for Transport Routes – 24th BImSchV
This regulation specifies the nature and scope of the necessary noise control measures for rooms requiring protection within buildings, insofar as the permissible emission limit values for the operation of land-based transport routes, as set out in the Traffic Noise Protection Regulation, are exceeded.
