Risk assessment

The responsibility for carrying out a risk assessment, including for noise and vibrations at the workplace, lies with the employer. The employer must, among other things, determine whether employees are exposed to, or may be exposed to, relevant noise or vibrations at work. If this is the case, all risks in this regard must be assessed.
