Technical Guideline on Air Quality Control (TA Luft)

The Technical Guideline on Air Quality Control (TA Luft) is the ‘First General Administrative Regulation under the Federal Immission Control Act’ issued by the German Federal Government. The Technical Guideline on Air Quality Control serves to protect the general public and local communities from harmful environmental impacts caused by air pollution and to take preventive measures against such impacts, with the aim of achieving a high level of protection for the environment as a whole.
