Applicability of the Hazardous Incident Regulation

The applicability of the Hazardous Incident Regulation must be assessed on the basis of the quantities of hazardous substances that are or may be present in a facility. The Hazardous Incident Regulation applies if these quantities reach or exceed the thresholds specified in Annex I of the Hazardous Incident Regulation.
