BAT guidelines

Technical background information that, depending on the specific activity, includes a description of the techniques used, current emission and consumption values, and the resulting findings. The key conclusions from the BAT guidelines are set out in a separate document known as a “BAT conclusion”. According to Annex 3 of the Circular Economy Act, information from BAT guidelines serves as criteria for determining the state of the art.
