Experts, publicly appointed and sworn

Within the meaning of the 31st BImSchV, an emission measurement station authorised under Section 29b of the Federal Immission Control Act with authorisation to measure organic substances and possessing relevant specialist knowledge in the field covered by this Regulation, or a publicly appointed and sworn expert with relevant specialist knowledge in the field covered by this Regulation authorised under Section 36 of the Trade Regulation Act of 22 February 1999 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 202), as last amended by Article 21 of the Act of 19 December 2022 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 2606).
