Noise and Vibration Occupational Safety and Health Regulation

The Noise and Vibration Occupational Safety and Health Regulation (LärmVibrationsArbSchV) is designed to protect workers from actual and potential risks to their health and safety caused by noise or vibrations at work. Among other things, it sets out the principles for identifying and assessing risks, as well as permissible noise and vibration levels and possible protective measures.
