Ordinance on Air Quality Standards and Maximum Emission Limits – 39th BImSchV

This Ordinance transposes the EU Air Quality Directive 2008/50/EC into German law. The aim is to prevent or reduce the harmful effects of air pollutants on human health and the environment.
