Ordinance on Noise Protection for Sports Facilities – 18th BImSchV

The Ordinance on Noise Protection for Sports Facilities regulates the permissible noise immissions arising from the operation of sports facilities, provided that these do not require a permit under Section 4 of the Federal Immission Control Act. The Ordinance applies to the planning and construction of new sports facilities as well as to the operation of existing ones.
