Underground installations

Pursuant to Section 2(15) of the Ordinance on Facilities for Handling Substances Hazardous to Water (AwSV), these are installations of which at least one part 

  1. is completely or partially embedded in the ground; or 

  2. is embedded in structural elements that are in direct contact with the ground, so that it is not fully visible.
